Luke is a native of Wakefield, England. Luke played for Doncaster Rovers FC before moving to the United States for a soccer scholarship with Lees-McRae College at the age of 18. He was a part of a tradition rich soccer program, winning the conference three times and conference Carolinas tournament twice. He appeared in the NCAA Division II tournament all four years and in 2009 reached the National Final. Luke received many accolades during his time on the Lees-McRae soccer program, leading the program in minutes played and was a 3 time All-American. He graduated December 2011 with a B.S in Sports Science. During the summer of 2011 Luke traveled across to West Virginia to play with the West Virginia Chaos in the Premier Development League. Luke is currently the Assistant men’s soccer coach at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
Luke brings rich playing and coaching experience to ICRD. He holds a FA level 2 coaching qualification as well as American Red-Cross CPR/AED Certified, Football Association Child Protection Certified.
He is the current coach of the ICRD 99 Hammers, ICRD 95 Bulldogs and ICRD 95 Lady Wolves
